**Job Information**: As a Creative Manager, you are the creative supervisor of the agency. You are responsible for monitoring, quality controlling and giving directions to the creative work used for media advertising, social media communications, and other related marketing campaigns.

As a Creative Manager, you are the creative supervisor of the agency. You are responsible for monitoring, quality controlling and giving directions to the creative work used for media advertising, social media communications, and other related marketing
campaigns. You will be overlooking a team of art directors, designers and freelancers, inspect the design layouts, ensuring that the team followed our requirements and high-quality standards.
You are also responsible for establishing optimal creative process within the team, across the company & departments as well as external vendors. Training and helping the team to be proficient with this process is crucial to your success.

**How you will make a difference**:

- Establishing a lean, simple yet effective process for the team to come up with outstanding creative ideas and products.
- Reviewing designs to ensure they meet client specifications or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company’s products or services
- Establishing timelines for projects and managing the workflow to ensure that deadlines are met
- Managing all aspects of a project, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and in the future client relations
- Managing budgets for projects and making adjustments when necessary to ensure they are within range of the original estimate
- Coordinating with your team to develop concepts, create prototypes, and finalize designs.
- Selecting artists or writers based on experience and talent, and then working with them to develop their skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven ability to create and manage an effective creative process.
- Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns.
- Experience in collaboration with non creative collaborators.
- Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
- A minimum of 5 years significant experience, including 2 years management experience with growing responsibility.
- Good English level (reading and writing). You will work with people and present to clients from all around the world.
