FWD Vietnam Technology Company Limited., known as FWD VTC, was set up in 2024 and is part of FWD Group. FWD VTC in Vietnam is one of FWD Group’s office locations serving multiple markets within the Group and employs team members in various functions including Group Technology and Operations, Group Digital & Data and our Centre of Excellence comprising cloud & infrastructure, information security, enterprise architecture and solution delivery.

PURPOSE
- Lead the project BA team to make sure the project functions delivery fulfil the group product’s principle, manage the project scope, bring the value to customer and business and arrange the BA’s task
- Coach the member to identify the business requirement and review the system solution
- Coordinate between PM, BA team, Development team, Testing team, Business Users and other stockholders to ensure all system solution are well processed
- Communicate with user to understand the business requirement and provide professional solution
- Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis and implement the system design
- Deliver quality solution and strive for better way to implement in terms of code efficiency and reusability
- Provide suggestions on UX/UI design of the systems layout

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Determine operational function objective by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Review documentation on requirement and functional specification
- Make sure BA’s working with high efficiency
- Develop product direction and ensure product leadership
- Manage projects implementation
- Communicate with user to make sure the requirement is fully understood.
- Prepare related reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Carry out Agile methodology

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ experience in IT industry with at least 5 years supervisory/ managerial experience with regional exposure on managing insurance system requirement
- Strong insurance knowledge, problem solving and analytical skills
- Critical thinking and able to drive changes
- Strong leadership experience. Proven track records in managing regional-based Front-end systems, preferably experiences in implementing IT systems/projects to support Asian countries.
- Self-starter and willing to working under pressure
- Agile Project experience

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Agile development approach
- Experience on Insurance operation system and integration with other systems
- Experience on Insurance Products
- Exemplify good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business users, IT, partners and vendors
- Good command in both written & spoken English or Cantonese (Mandarin)
- Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions
- Deep appreciation of latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as DevOps, Cloud, Microservice and Mobile development
