Corporate Strategy

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management:

- Execute transformation projects and strategic investments, from idea initiation to full implementation
- Coordinate the workflow across cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, Business teams) to ensure well-organized execution of strategic projects and initiatives
- Provide project management for key initiatives/projects for re-organization, enhancing operational efficiency, in line with the company’s long-term objectives, via a clear project management framework and cadences to ensure these projects are delivered on time and budget within the agreed parameters
- Integrate newly established or invested ventures into a well-structured business and team
- Market Intelligence & Research:

- Conduct market intelligence and industry research, focusing on trends and insights relevant to the company’s core businesses
- Prepare and deliver well-structured research reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders from time to time and upon request, based on business needs
- Stay up to date with key market and technology trends to identify opportunities and propose ideas to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and productivity
- Strategy Implementation and Change Management:

- Assist with the development of the company’s long-term strategic plans by providing inputs (including research, data analysis) for corporate strategy discussions and strategic initiatives
- Assist the CEO and Senior Management Team to track the progress and manage outcomes of strategic initiatives & be responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders to follow up and achieve the desired outcomes of these initiatives
- Assist with change management, including the preparation of key communication materials for internal and external audiences (such as guidelines, policies) as a result of transformation initiatives
- Manage cadences for key business processes, including but not limited to business reviews, budgeting, and other recurring leadership meetings/discussions
- Investment Management:

- Manage the pre-investment process and the investment closing process in collaboration with the relevant departments, acting as the key conduit and facilitator for each investment opportunity
- Post-investment accountabilities:

- Oversee and monitor the performance of the company’s portfolio of investments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and expected returns
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and performance tracking for current investments, partnerships, and new ventures, identifying areas for improvement
- Be responsible for corporate governance and reporting requirements (including valuation) in collaboration with the VNG Finance and Legal team
- Initiate and provide value-added support to investee companies, strategic partners as needed
- Recommend and execute an exit strategy
- Financial Analysis & Modeling:

- Prepare financial models for new investments, projects, and product ideas, including projections, scenario analysis, and valuation
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate both existing businesses and potential investment opportunities to inform decision-making for senior management
- Build frameworks, deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic investment decisions

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in consulting, finance, investments, or project management
- Excellent research, presentation, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven experience in data analysis, financial statements analysis, and financial modeling is a plus
- Strong business acumen, communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and proactively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Strong analytical, research, presentation, and communication skills
- Resilience, humility, curiosity, and the ability to thrive under pressure
