Responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the Group and Vietnam to help the Management team review the performance every month.
- In charge of monitoring performance by collaborating with key stakeholders to finalize KPIs.
- Get an understanding of the business dynamics and the possibilities and dangers that may affect the company by working closely with the different business partners. Business case and feasibility study development would also fall under this category.
- Participate in yearly exercise on IWST/ICAAP, MAS evaluations, and ad hoc initiatives with product managers and corporate functional groups.
- Take the initiative and provide help throughout the yearly budget cycle, from goal-setting iterations through financial planning and analysis.
- Identify the right business drivers to aid company leaders in achieving their goals. Making ensuring suitable performance decks are created and analyzed in a timely manner with accuracy
- Observe group financial and management accounting rules to ensure correct accounting

Degree in business/accounting/finance or related major CPA/ACCA certificate is a strong plus. At least 10+ years of relevant working experience in banking/finance industry Experience with regional exposure, understanding of funds transfer pricing concept, knowledge of retail banking products is a strong advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong financial modelling and Excel skills and able to build financial model and analyze large amount of data. Good team player and able to work independently with line managers across Business Banking and Group Corporate Functions.
