_We are looking for a passionate SEO Senior with strong hands-on experience in technical and content optimization to accelerate our B2B e-commerce growth._

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Strategy & Planning**_
- Develop and implement a **comprehensive SEO strategy** aligned with B2B ecommerce goals (traffic growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization).
- Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, and development teams) to ensure SEO priorities support broader business objectives.
- **Technical SEO**_
- Audit, analyze, and optimize site architecture, crawlability, and indexability to maximize organic visibility.
- Improve **Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data (Schema.org)**.
- Partner with developers to implement SEO best practices for new features, product pages, and landing pages.
- Lead SEO readiness during **site migrations, redesigns, and international expansion**, ensuring no organic visibility loss.
- **Content & On-Page Optimization**_
- Lead on-page SEO optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, and keyword targeting.
- Collaborate with the content team to create **thought leadership pieces, product guides, case studies, and whitepapers** optimized for organic reach and authority.
- Build scalable SEO content frameworks (pillar pages, topic clusters) tailored to complex B2B purchasing cycles.
- **Link Building & Authority Growth**_
- Develop ethical and sustainable **link-building strategies** focused on industry relevance and brand authority.
- Manage outreach campaigns, digital PR, and partnerships with industry publications.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **3+ years of proven SEO experience**, preferably in B2B or e-commerce.
- Deep expertise in **technical SEO, on-page optimization.**:

- Experience with schema markup, log file analysis, and international SEO is a must.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
