Propose **SEO strategies**: Have a deep understanding of SEO principles and techniques to propose strategies for optimizing the company’s websites for search engines.
- Conduct **keyword research** used by customers to find the company’s products or services. Based on this, optimize website content to increase search engine friendliness.
- Manage and optimize product information, product descriptions, blog posts, videos, images, and other content.
- Manage **backlinks**: Improve website credibility by acquiring backlinks from reputable websites. Evaluate linking websites and create strategies to increase the number of backlinks.
- Optimize the **user experience** on websites, including optimizing page load speed and ensuring a user-friendly website design.
- Measure and analyze SEO metrics such as traffic, credibility, website ranking, and other key indicators. Use data analysis to provide detailed insights and propose improvements in SEO strategy.
- Monitor **new trends** to ensure the company’s SEO strategies remain effective.
- Train and manage employees: Oversee and manage the activities of SEO specialists and content writers to ensure optimization goals are achieved.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong **SEO mindset**, user-focused, and always updating with the latest SEO trends.
- Proficient in **SEO tools** such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Keyword tool, etc.
- Knowledgeable in tools like **Google Analytics** and **Search Console**.
- Strong **data analysis** and evaluation skills, with the ability to plan and manage time efficiently.
- Deep understanding of SEO optimization methods and tools, with leadership and communication skills.
- **Experience**: 3+ years, having previously worked as a Senior/SEO Leader at the most recent company.
- Fluent in **English** communication.
