We are finding Talent for Senior Executive - Sourcing who will be

responsible for:

- Work with the suppliers directly on fabric/trim sourcing
- Work directly with the buyers for their sourcing requirements
- Find new suppliers under the process & guideline set up in the organisation
- Work with the mill/suppliers for initial evaluation process, pricing quotations and the total development process including develop LAB dips, strike off for fabrics and trims based on customer expectations
- Should focus on meeting T&A deadlines
- Should handle RM testing based on customer manuals
- Achieve the department KPIs set for Sourcing by the management
- Need to work with internal LAB teams on decision making of RM quality issues
- Need to give colour/quality confirmations to mill/supplier during the development process with the guidance from the management.
- Work with internal front-end teams on fabric developments

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Job requirement:

- A degree level qualification in têxtile background
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in similar position will be considered. And if

considered.
- Should have knowledge on different fabric types, fabric development

processes, mill processes etc.
- Should have an understanding on the têxtile colour management system
- Good communication skills (English)

(Excel/Word/PPT etc.)
- Should be able to perform multiple tasks under pressure
