1. Manage and provide best service to appointed sales accounts.
2. Maintain a great working relationship with customers including development,
merchandising, sourcing, purchasing, quality assurance and management.
3. Establish sales targets for assigned customers.
4. Monitor, analyze and develop sales and marketing strategies for appointed customers
with regular and timely reports to Management.
5. Research, analyze and identify new target customers.
6. Gather information regarding the market position of the rival companies in order to plan,
implement and follow up activities to improve the market position of the company.
7. Monitor the customer’s feed-back and ensure a quick and proper response to all the
enquiries and complaints from the customers.
8. Assist and collaborate with other QST affiliates.
9. Forecast product availability and communicate logístical needs to appropriate teams to
ensure on time delivery.
10. Receive feedback and propose new products to WB production development team.
11. Coordinate as necessary with Customer Service team in the handling of purchase orders
and work closely with Sales Support teams as needed.
12. Assist the Credit department with accurate and timely information to pursue payment
of customer invoices as needed.
13. Perform other sales related duties as assigned by upper management.
14. Travel both domestically and internationally as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder or above (Major in Textile or Garment will be an advantage);
- Good selling and presentation skills as well as communication and organization;
- At least 5 years sales experience in garment related industry;
- A self-starter with an ability to work independently and under pressure;
- A good team worker with a global sense;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
