This Job-Offer is a great opportunity to work within an international environment as a part of a global program management consulting department that sets the standards for our automotive development projects with high visibility among our company. The primary focus of this role is to set up and customize project and portfolio related templates, parameters, workflows, standard reporting and settings within our project database and project & portfolio management planning systems such as SAP PPM and Planisware.

Your Tasks
- Gathering requirements: Working closely with stakeholders and project
- and portfolio managers to understand their needs and requirements for project and portfolio templates.
- Designing templates: Creating template structures and layouts that encompass all necessary project or portfolio components, such as phases, tasks, deliverables, resource allocations, and financials.
- Customizing templates: Tailoring templates to match the organization's specific methodologies, workflows, and best practices. This can involve configuring fields, defining data dependencies, setting up approval processes, and integrating with other systems.
- Testing and validation: Conducting thorough testing of the templates to ensure they function as intended and meet the defined requirements. This involves verifying data integrity, workflow triggers, and overall usability.
- Documentation: Preparing comprehensive documentation that outlines the template configurations and usage guidelines.
- Continuous improvement: Monitoring the performance and utilization of templates, collecting user feedback, and implementing enhancements or updates to improve template efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science or comparable studies.
- Project Management Knowledge: understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices to effectively configure project-related parameters.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using and configuring project management software tools like SAP PPM, Planisware or MS Project including knowledge of their features, functionalities, and customization options.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English to collaborate with the global team, the project managers, stakeholders, and software vendors, effectively gather requirements and convey the configuration decisions to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure accurate configuration of project parameters, workflows, and integrations, avoiding potential errors or discrepancies that may impact project execution.
- Experience: Prior experience in project management, software configuration, or a related role can significantly enhance qualifications for this position.
