Overview:
Vận hành các thiết bị trong khu vực đóng gói đúng quy trình, thông số để đáp ứng kế hoạch sản xuất hằng ngày qua việc sản xuất ra các sản phẩm đạt chất lượng và tiết kiệm chi phí.

**Responsibilities**:

- Thực hiện việc giao nhận ca cụ thể, chi tiết theo danh mục đã được quy định vào đầu, cuối mỗi ca.
- Vận hành thiết bị được phân công trong khu vực đóng gói để thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất hàng ngày theo đúng quy trình. Kiểm tra tình trạng vận hành ổn định, an toàn của thiết bị trong ca làm việc.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm bao gồm: trọng lượng bao gói, ngoại quan bao gói, ngày sản xuất, hàm lượng oxy trong bao gói, độ phồng, xì xẹp.theo tần suất quy định trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Vệ sinh thiết bị, nhà xưởng theo quy trình vệ sinh sau khi sản xuất và theo kế hoạch vệ sinh của nhà máy.
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ các nội quy, quy định của nhân viên nhà thầu, nhân viên 3rd partytrong khu vực làm việc và báo cáo khi có trường hợp vi phạm cho Tổ trưởng sản xuất khu vực đóng gói hoặc giám sát sản xuất.
- Tuân thủ các quy trình làm việc, quy định về: an toàn lao động, GMP, Bảo vệ môi trường, 5S.. nhằm đạt được các chỉ tiêu kiểm soát (KPIs) trong khu vực sản xuất.
- Ghi chép đầy đủ, chính xác, đúng tần suất các thông số vận hành thiết bị, kết quả kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩmvào các biểu mẫu báo cáo.
- Báo cáo ngay các sự cố phát sinh trong ca sản xuất cho tổ trưởng sản xuất khu vực đóng gói hoặc giám sát sản xuất.
- Đề xuất các cải tiến hay tham gia các nhóm dự án (nếu có) nhằm nâng cao năng suất lao động, giảm chi phí sản xuất, nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.

Qualifications:

- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp kỹ thuật trở lên.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp.
- Ưu tiên hiểu biết về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và VSATTP (5S, AIB, HACCP, GMP)
- Có thể làm việc theo ca
- Cẩn thận, chăm chỉ, có tính kỷ luật, trung thực.
