**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for Customer Support who:

- Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
- Support other teams with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Reply to clients’ inquiries about policy and admin procedures related to policy
- Inform client of claim & refund result

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or above; proficient in English with fluency in Vietnamese.
- Fundamental Microsoft Office skills
- Minimum 1- year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry. Outstanding new graduates are also welcome to apply.
- High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under a night shift ( 18:00 - 22:00)
