The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for Partnership Digital Transformation, Principal who is responsible for
- Leading the development and execution of the digital roadmap for Partnership Distribution, with a strategic focus on enabling new non-bank partnerships. This includes designing and implementing omni-channel engagement models, digital sales and service platforms, and analytics-driven sales enablement to enhance customer experience and conversion.
- Driving digital and AI-led development & transformation across partner ecosystems by integrating digital marketing, content strategies, personalized customer-facing AI chatbot/avatar/engine to approach, filter, handhold and conduct aftersales service enhancements (e.g., claims, cross-sell, upsell) to deliver a seamless and differentiated partnership experience.
- Establishing robust governance and performance monitoring frameworks, defining key success metrics and ensuring transparency for senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and deviations from agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation Planning
- Develop and execute a long-term digital strategy for Partnership Distribution, with a focus on enabling new non-bank partnerships and aligning with AIA’s strategic objectives.
- Design omni-channel engagement models and digital sales platforms that integrate AI-driven personalization and Avatar AI to enhance customer interactions and advisor productivity.
- Oversee data and system integration initiatives with partners to enable seamless operations and scalable digital capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across partner organizations to foster alignment and collaboration.
- Establish governance frameworks with clear cadence, escalation protocols, and shared accountability between AIA and partner teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to co-develop digital marketing capabilities, including AI-powered content strategies and automated customer journeys.

Transformation Execution
- Lead the design and implementation of transformation roadmaps that accelerate growth in partnership distribution and support the launch of new non-bank partnerships.
- Manage resource planning and financial forecasting for digital initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable returns.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to project managers and service partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Influence and align stakeholders across partner leadership, regulatory bodies, and internal AIA teams to drive adoption and manage expectations.
- Monitor initiative progress through performance dashboards with KPIs such as conversion rates, productivity per seller, and digital engagement metrics.
- Proactively manage risks and ensure compliance with project governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Customer & Data-Driven Insights Management
- Lead the development of digital initiatives that enhance customer experience across omni-channel models, including Avatar AI-powered onboarding, virtual servicing, and interactive sales support.
- Work with Business leaders to define the ideal customer experience for partnerships and ensure its consistent delivery across all touchpoints.
- Leverage shared data with partners to identify priority customer segments and co-create targeted propositions.
- Collaborate with country and group teams to build simple, customer-centric platforms and offerings powered by AI insights.
- Partner with cross-functional leads to ensure alignment and success of key transformation initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior business stakeholders on progress, learnings, and opportunities.
