- The Head of Innovation and Research Partnerships will lead Kyanon Digital’s initiatives in driving research collaborations, building strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders, and coordinating internal efforts to foster innovative solutions. This role will be pivotal in managing fundamental research projects, enhancing the company’s brand as a leader in research and technology, and working with both internal teams and external partners to develop cutting-edge solutions that address real-world business challenges._

**How You Can Contribute**:
**1. Coordinate and Manage Fundamental Research with Universities and Top Talents**
- Establish and maintain partnerships with leading universities and research institutions.
- Identify and collaborate with top academic talents to lead fundamental research projects that align with Kyanon Digital’s strategic goals.

**2. Develop Kyanon Digital’s Branding as a Top Research-Driven Company**
- Lead efforts to establish and promote Kyanon Digital’s reputation as a thought leader in research and innovation, especially in areas like Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Organize and co-host key events such as the ML Club and Vietnam Datathon, fostering collaboration and talent discovery within the tech community.
- Engage in public speaking and strategic collaborations to increase visibility as a top destination for researchers and innovators.

- Successfully position Kyanon Digital as a top research-driven organization.
- Execute impactful events such as the ML Club and Datathon, attracting top talent and industry engagement.
- Boost the company’s profile through publications, conferences, and strategic partnerships.

**3. Coordinate with Internal Teams and Company Partners to Deliver Innovative Solutions**
- Work with company partners to co-develop and integrate innovative solutions that leverage the latest research and technology trends.
- Oversee the identification and integration of top research talent into internal teams and partner projects, ensuring a seamless alignment of research expertise with business needs.

**Expected Delivery**:

- Coordinate between research, internal teams, and external partners to deliver innovative and practical business solutions.
- Provide internal teams and partners with top-tier research talent to support the development of Proof of Concept (POC) projects and innovative solutions.
- Maintain feedback loops to ensure alignment of research with both internal strategic goals and partner objectives.

**4. Scout for Innovative Research Projects and Talent**
- Identify emerging research talent and groundbreaking projects with potential for investment or collaboration.
- Assess the potential of these opportunities for driving Kyanon Digital’s innovation agenda and recommend strategic engagement.

- Regular identification of high-potential research talent and projects.
- Clear recommendations for investment, collaboration, or internal development based on research assessments.

**What You Should Have To Maximize Your Contribution**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field (Ph.D. preferred) with strong experience in research and innovation management.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related technologies.
- Proven experience in managing academic and industry partnerships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate research into actionable business strategies.
- Strong track record of organizing and leading high-impact innovation initiatives.
