DMS System Maintenance and Implementation (70%)
- To provide technical support and guidelines for field sales on implementing DMS and PDA daily
- To grant access to DMS and PDA for new users
- To provide requested data quickly and accurately
- To train and install DMS analyzers to users
- To work with MKT team to set-up promotion program to make sure promotion program run properly in DMS
- To set up new price, new product (if any)
- To work with Sales admin team to create code for new Distributor, new DSR, SS
- Testing new functions (if any)

Asset Management (15%)
- To track PDA devices status
- Along with DMS Project team and Purchasing to prepare plan for PDA device replacement after 3 years of usage
- Along with DMS Project team and third party (if any) to install necessary software into new PDA tablets
- To analyze current PDA device performance and recommend for improving actions and substitution solutions (if any)

Others (15%)
- Under the direction of managerKiểm soát và triển khai hệ thống DMS (70%)
- Hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn đội ngũ nhân viên bán hàng trong việc triển khai, sử dụng hệ thống DMS và PDA
- Cấp quyền truy cấp DMS và PDA cho người dùng mới
- Cung cấp dữ liệu được yêu cầu một cách chính xác và nhanh chóng
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và cài đặt phần mềm DMS cho người dùng
- Làm việc với team MKT để cài đặt các chương trình khuyến mại và đảm bảo các chương trình khuyến mại chạy đúng trên hệ thống DMS
- Cài đặt giá mới, sản phẩm mới ( nếu có)
- Làm việc với Sales admin để tạo mã mới cho NPP mới, DSR, SS mới
- Kiểm thử các tính năng mới của hệ thống DMS (nếu có)

Quản lý tài sản (15%)
- Kiểm tra tình trạng của thiết bị PDA
- Cùng với nhóm dự án DMS và bên mua hàng chuẩn bị PDA sau 3 năm sử dụng
- Cùng với DMS Project tam và bên thứ 3 ( nếu có) để cài đặt phần mềm cần thiết cho PDA
- Đánh giá chất lượng PDA và đề xuất cải thiện cũng như giải pháp ( nếu có)
