In this role, you'll be working in the Production Controls business and develop products and provide solutions to meet client deliverables in the Subsea project's portfolio.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Interpreting and communicating of industry and international codes and standards (ISO, API, ASME, etc..).
- Interpreting and implementing of client standards and global practices.
- Engaging with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) developing and maintaining effective relationships/partnerships to meet project deliverables.
- Promoting Compliance, Quality & EHS integrity through developing succinct procedures, work instructions, product and process related documentation and creatively promoting their use.
- Taking responsibility in working across global SPS Engineering Teams to deliver solutions to assigned work packages.
- Demonstrating adherence to schedule and budget commitments for assigned packages of work.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Have computer base knowledge (MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Siemens Teamcenter, CREO, AutoCad, MathCad, FEA).
- Must be fully fluent in English and effective team working.
- Have 3D Modeling and design of subsea controls products and sub-assemblies from concept through manufacture and build.
- Be able to focus upon On Time Delivery, with effective methodologies and workarounds
