**Team Introduction**:
The Content team collaborates with creators and deep dive into the categories. We are tasked with building Lemon8 verticals including Beauty, Fashion, Food, Travel, Lifestyle etc and establishing a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences. Creator & Content Manager is independently responsible for a group of content creators, developing strategies to drive creator success in each category. Also, lead the campaigns for each category and increase awareness in local markets.

**Job Responsibilities for Beauty**:

- Identify, onboard and closely manage suitable creators to drive the growth of the beauty vertical, develop strategies for improving beauty content quality and performance
- Track and analyze the performance of on-hand creators through data-driven insights including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views, and audience growth
- Beauty topics and campaigns planning; Create the trend in beauty and work with creators to make it viral
- Good content sense and sensitivity to trends; Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in beauty-related work, including social media/brands/e-commerce/mcns, with proven experience in KOL or social content planning.
- Having a good connection with beauty KOL & partnerships, has an eye for good potential talents; If you are a creator, that would be a plus;
- A working knowledge of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok; -Has a passion for all things beauty and is resourceful in keeping up with trends on social media, blogs, online magazines, or other media sites
- Professional English is a must.
- Has excellent organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and is able to independently manage multiple tasks
