The purpose of this role is to lead and develop client service accounts.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities:

- Works closely with managers and team leadership to help plan and execute external communications programmes
- Assists in developing and executing comprehensive public relations and communications programmes to strategicially position the organisation in the marketplace
- Helps manage external PR agency resources
- Develops and maintains media and publication target list
- Monitors media coverage
- Writes press releases, news stories, articles, case studies and product pieces
- Responds to enquiries from journalists, arranges interviews and editorial meetings

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year of experience in Public Relations, communications, or related fields.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to craft compelling PR content (e.g. press releases, articles, and media pitches).
- Proven experience working with media outlets, journalists, or publishers.
- Solid understanding of the media landscape and PR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with media monitoring or PR tools is a plus.
