- Plan, source and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance, holiday packages and other travel services/products to be placed in our booking platform.
- Survey client’s travel pattern and cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them to select the appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers.
- Facilitate clients to book transportation, make hotel reservations and issue payment/fees online.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell various products to the clients through digital means.
- Deal with the supplier/business partner while occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
- Attend travel seminars to remain updated with the tourism trends.
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
- Network with tour operators and travel industry people.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Meet profit and sales targets.
- Maintain open communication with direct supervisor and provide timely report.
- Maintain and prepare for WeChat platform article in according to the marketing & sales ads and promotion requirement.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Proven work experience as a travel agent.
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel.
- Fluency in English; multilingual is a plus.
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
