Real Estate Doc (REDOC) is a B2B software platform that digitises traditional real

estate and banking documentation transactions.

Through digitalisation and data-driven automation, REDOC simplifies real estate

transactions, streamlines workflow processes, and improves sales efficiency in real estate and sales-driven organisations.

The Career Opportunity**

Want to work for a Singapore-based Tech Company? We are looking for a **QC Engineer** with 2 years of experience to join our growing team and help drive product quality as we scale.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning and Execution**:

- Review requirements, user stories, and designs to develop test plans and detailed test cases.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

** Defect Management**:

- Identify, log, and track defects using Jira with clear steps to reproduce and supporting evidence.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, analyse, and verify fixes.

** Automation and Tools**:

- Knowledge or hands-on with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).
- Execute automated test scripts if available and report results.

** Technical Understanding**:

- Understanding of frontend and backend structures (API endpoints, database interactions).
- Ability to interpret logs and identify potential issues related to the FE or BE.

** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with BAs and Developers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to the team.

** Documentation**:

- Maintain test case repositories and ensure test cases are up-to-date with product changes.
- Document test results and prepare test summary reports for releases. **Your skills and experience**:

- Experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
- Understanding of API testing (using tools like Postman).
- Familiar with using SQL to verify data in databases is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with test automation is a plus but not mandatory.
