Iteration Manager

- We are seeking an experienced **Iteration Manager** with a strong understanding of the Disciplined Agile (DA) framework to join our team. As an Iteration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by facilitating agile practices and guiding the development team through the iterative delivery process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

**Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care**:

- Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Disciplined Agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development
- Support the development team in breaking down user stories into actionable tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that work is delivered according to the agreed-upon scope and timeline
- Promote and facilitate continuous improvement within the team, identifying and addressing any impediments or bottlenecks that may impact productivity and delivery
- Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including iteration plans, sprint backlogs, and release plans, using relevant agile project management tools
- Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, providing visibility into the team’s accomplishments and challenges
- Drive a culture of agility and accountability, promoting adherence to agile values and practices throughout the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in agile methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team’s agile processes

**Requirements/ Desired skills and experience**

**Must-Have**:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in agile project management, preferably in an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects using agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related challenges and risks
- Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) are a plus
- Good English communication

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
