Our client is seeking two new DevOps engineers to join engineering team. These positions present a unique opportunity to contribute to the infrastructure at a foundational level, and to incorporate the latest industry trends and technologies, thereby ensuring the company's technology stack remains at the forefront of innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform to ensure reliable and scalable environments.
- **Containerization**: Develop and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth deployment and orchestration.
- **CI/CD Pipelines**: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions, ensuring seamless integration and delivery processes.
- **Monitoring & Observability**: Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic to ensure system health and performance.
- **Load Testing**: Plan, execute, and analyze load testing to ensure system reliability and performance under high traffic conditions.
- **Backup Strategy**: Develop and implement robust backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- **Disaster Recovery**: Design and maintain disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
- **Automation**: Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- **Security Best Practices**: Collaborate with the security team to ensure DevOps best practices are followed, incorporating security measures into all stages of the development lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- **Terraform**: Extensive experience with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure.
- **Configuration Management**: Strong knowledge of Ansible or equivalent tools such as Chef or Puppet for configuration management and automation.
- **AWS**: Proficiency in managing and optimizing AWS services.
- **Containerization**: expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
- **CI/CD**: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for building CI/CD pipelines.
- **Monitoring Tools**: Proficient in using Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic for monitoring and observability.
- **Load Testing**: Experience with load testing tools and methodologies.
- **Backup & Recovery**: Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery best practices and implementation.
- **Scripting**: Proficiency in scripting languages; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- **Security Practices**: Familiarity with security best practices in a DevOps context.
- **Version Control**: Experience with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- **Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on the technologies mentioned.**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or other related technologies are a plus.
