**Primary purpose of the role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves creating engaging designs, managing social media content, and learning the nuances of contemporary marketing

**This is a remote position and the individual will be expected to work EST hours.**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Design and develop marketing materials for online and print media.
- Execute social media strategies and create compelling content.
- Update company website and digital brochures.
- Assist in planning events, managing sponsorships, and coordinating conferences.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and report findings.
- Manage projects, meet deadlines, and support the Sales & Pricing team.
- Enhance brand awareness and maintain brand standards.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- High school diploma (Matric/Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Degree or certification in Marketing or Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency test during interview.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and detail orientation.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing requirements.

**Experiential Requirements**:

- Background in marketing, social media, and website design.
- Proficiency in graphic design; additional qualifications beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Problem-solving abilities and teamwork orientation.
- Experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, typography).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
