Glints is seeking a talented individual to join our** Recruitment Service Business **team as a **Recruitment** Consultant**. In this role, you will play a key part in building and consulting our vibrant talent community.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Engage with clients to comprehend their talent requirements, with a primary emphasis on serving clients in FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing/Logistics industry.
- Track data to improve our recruitment process.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience working in recruitment or headhunting.
- A people-oriented individual with a high emotional quotient (EQ).
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and fluency in English are essential.
- People person with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable in a startup environment and adaptable to change.
- Team player with a focus on delivering results.
