**Responsibilities**:
**Quality check at Agency office**
- Implement quality check (Call Agent/Customer, site visit) on regular basis
- Follow up preventive actions of assigned locations with respective stakeholders
- Cooperate with stakeholders, including Regional Head, sales force and internal division to enhance sales quality.
- Perform regular and ad hoc onsite visit at Agency office for quality check cover areas.
- Delivery onsite visit report within required time frame. Proactive in proposed action to enhance sale quality.
- Review sale process/procedure of Sale force at assigned locations following sale procedure, standard and policies
- Collaborate with Distribution Line 1A & respective department Head to identify actions to enhance sale quality.
- Follow up with proposed action with respective stakeholders until it is implemented

**Required Qualifications**:

- Insurance industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of business culture and behavior.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Results oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
