**OBJECTIVES**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven person with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good problem-solving mindset with solid knowledge of digital marketing to join us as a Project Management Intern of the Geographic Expansion team. At this position, you will work directly with the Project Manager and cross-functionally (when needed) to drive your assigned workstreams forward. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our dynamic global team, together conquering new challenges and driving outstanding business results for PMAX as a whole.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Market research & hypothesis**
- Conduct related research to benchmark and hypothesize the strategic approaches for the global market.
- Collect insight regarding market trends, demand vs. supply, competitors, etc. and synthesize with recommendations to Project Manager to develop an effective strategy to enter the market.

**Foundation setting**
- Research, build, and manage highly collaborative engagements with external service providers and partners to learn the markets and set up the foundations that guarantee the success of expansion operations.
- Research the regulatory environment and the process to set up a global office.
- Carry out desk reviews of sites, with on-site visits where necessary.
- Arrange the translation of marketing materials where required as well as the development of other sales materials for each specific market.
- Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices.

**Client acquisition**
- Build list of potential clients (BD list) for each market.
- Research contacts, approach, and nurture the leads to convert to potential clients.
- Manage and optimize the pipeline to achieve the acquisition goals.

**Performance management**:

- Conduct insightful reports with key learnings and detailed action plans and share them with the Project Manager and the Board of Management on the weekly/monthly basis.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills & Knowledge & Qualification**

Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing Management.
- Business-level fluency in English (IELTS from 8.0 or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Great multitasking skills and the ability to manage different priorities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Good to have
- Having knowledge of the US market is a big plus.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel.
- Strong adaptability with high willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
