**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Design and build modern, high-performance user interfaces with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Develop and optimize APIs/backend services using Node.js/Express (or equivalent frameworks).
- Design databases and write optimized queries for SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Integrate systems with third-party services.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural design, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Refactor and optimize performance across both frontend and backend.
- Write tests (unit tests, integration tests) and work closely with QA processes to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI, designers, and tech leads to deliver the best user experience.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- At least 2 years of experience in web development, including 1+ year as a fullstack developer.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js/Express or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Ability to write scalable, maintainable, clean, and well-documented code.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
