RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, recruitment, training, and development, etc.
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- Supervise/coach/manage the work of HR personnel and provide guidance, build up competencies of HR team.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
- Designing and directing training programs, company activity programs.
- Proactively manage employee relations including providing timely response to employee concerns; taking actions to resolve worker conflicts, improve management and worker relationship, raise worker satisfaction level; maintaining regular employee communication programs; managing employee engagement activities, and trade union relationship.
- Define and promote core values and company cultures, employee engagement.
- Oversee service delivery and the day-to-day operations of administrative transactional processes including staff servicing, travel operations, stationery management and administration, vendor management, and fixed assets.
- Oversee legal activities of the company, ensure all activities of the company are carried out on accordance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and the company’s charter.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field.
- 6+ years of proven experience as HR Director/ Senior HR Manager.
- Experience working in a Japanese company or global/ multination company is highly desired.
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
- Business mindset and process thinking.
- Strong business partnering skill and capability to drive organization effectiveness.
- Strong of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English.
- Professional, careful, integrity and honesty.
