**Job summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Secure transportation (for finished products, production materials, POSM, ) and warehousing service in an efficient way at competitive cost, meeting delivery requirements and in compliance with Heineken quality standards
- Drive the development and implementation of the category sourcing strategy
- Manage sourcing activities including tendering, negotiation & supplier selection, contractingfor the category
- Create and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for tracking and benchmark.
- Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers; maintain and update supplier database, their performances and potential for procurement improvement and strategy development.
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to set up a robust working system and to ensure that requested specifications are clear, concise, complete, and accurate.
- Innovate, collaborate and manage stakeholders for continuous procurement process improvements to remove process inefficiencies.
- Coordinate procurement schedule with each relevant project schedule to reach overall project milestones.
- Control and solve the problem in purchase progress and report to supervisor for resolution On-Time-In-Full.
- Drive with transporters to seek for opportunities route to market transportation cost better
- Manage transporters more strategic and approach with long term direction
- Prepare capability for new demands with the combination b/w transport and warehouse

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/Business Administration
- At least 7 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role; preferably in F&B industry & foreign invested companies
- Familiar in procurement process for indirect materials, supplier performance management and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of market distribution : commercial laws and economic contract
- Able to work under pressure, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate well in English
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other working Apps
- Integrity, honest, cautious, straightforward, diligent, detail attention
- Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills, supplier management
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent person
- Committed - always demonstrate ‘Can Do’ attitude, self-learning & self-improvement
