**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **1. Business Development**_
- Approach new agent and keep in touch with current ones to get nominate cargo.
- Lead and guide team to carry out company’s project
- To explore and develop new business opportunities for all aspect of Logistics
- Generate sales leads and formulate business solutions to cope with customer requirements that converts from prospect to new win busines.
- To be responsible for proposal compilation, quotation and presentation for new business inquiries
- To achieve and exceed sales and profit target being assigned by management
- Build and maintain relationship with agents/partners to ensure long terms partner and loyalty.
- **2. Supporting**_
- Support domestic and oversea offices
- Evaluate agent and find out strategic list for each country/ area.
- Update profile/ Write SOP relating BD’s jobs.
- Support offices to settle trouble/ claim regarding agents/oversea partners
- **3. Team management**_
- Manage the team and drive them to meet company's target
- Training, coaching the team about BD/Sales skills
- Manage team's performance, KPI
- **4. Others**_
- Other requirements are under assignment of Line Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **1. Education background, experience requirements**:_
- Bachelors in Supply Chain/Business Studies/ Foreign Trade/ Economics/Import-Export.
- 5 years+ of relevant working experience in Business development/Sales positions in Logistic industry (agency,oversea cutomer service, oversear sales support, business development,..), prefer forwarding company.
- At least 2 years experience in leading team from (3-5 subordinates).
- Familiar with oversea network.
- **2. Knowledge**:_
- Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, fowarding.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- **3. Competency, Skills**:_
- Good communication skills, good sales skills
- Multi-tasking and well-organized in details.
- Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills, Customer-mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Works independently and good at team working
- Good English skills
