**About the role**
Maintenance workers report directly to the Maintenance Team Leader on daily basis, and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
Operate the school’s technical systems and equipment to service the school’s teaching and learning activities.

1. Periodically daily & weekly checklist maintain the school’s electric appliances and electronic equipment, MEPF System and infrastructure which assigned by line managers as well.

2. Provide service to infrastructure, class and school equipment and articles to guarantee these systems and equipment to work properly and safety.

3. Maintain and inspect furniture or items for classrooms as requested.

4. Provide other services such school’s festivities as sport, exhibition activities, graduation etc.

5. Respond to transportation requirements, material displacement and rearrangement as requested within the campus.

6. Clean and arranging technical equipment, technical areas.

7. Coordinate, check tools and supervise services of the outsource maintenance contractor for the technical system & building infrastructure.

8. Participate in the school fire warden team and assist in emergency situations.

9. Periodically daily & weekly checklist maintain the school’s electric appliances and electronic equipment, MEPF System and infrastructure which assigned by line managers as well.

10. Attend any other duties as required by the Maintenance team Leader/Facilities Manager

**Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job) /**
- Knowledge on the field in charge : Aircon - electricity, BMS, plumbing, fire prevention system
- Labor safety.
- Understand the instructions.

- Arrangment & solving problems happened everyday with facilities.
