- Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- **Be in charge to develop personnel activities**:

- Developing in a team work, plan and strategies for increasing food and beverage sales as well as serve a good service.
- Be responsible to give appraisal to team members to get them Developing or promoted.

Perform daily restaurant activities:

- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures ,complying with legal regulations, securing revenues.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- At least 3 year experience as Restaurant Manager Assistant.
- Knowledgeable about wine.
- Good experience in customer care.

- Excellent in English skills.
