We’re looking for a passionate Partnership Executive to ensure seamless platform performance, foster strong partnerships, and deliver exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and excel in communication and relationship-building, join our team

**What you will do**:

- Platform Operations: Define processes, document procedures, and ensure correct policy implementation;
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, build strong customer relationships;
- Developer Relations: Actively engage and support developers, build strong developer communities, identify opportunities for mutual growth and platform improvement;
- Marketing & Engagement: Organize and participate in developer/partner events and webinars; develop marketing strategies to promote developer programs;
- Planning & Documentation: Create and manage strategic plans, records, and compliance documents;
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare performance reports, presentations, and marketing materials;
- Execution & Accountability: Track project progress and performance metrics.

**What you will need**:

- At least 2 years of experience in project management, developer relations, or related fields;
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Technology Management, Marketing);
- Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills;
- Proficient in creating reports, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva;
- Excellent communication and socializing skills to build strong developer and customer relationships;
- Prior experience in platform-based technology companies is an advantage.
