**Thiết kế tối ưu kiến trúc phần mềm**: Định hướng, đề xuất, xây dựng kiến trúc SaaS đảm bảo hiệu suất, bảo mật, khả năng mở rộng cao.
**Triển khai quản lý DevOps**: Xây dựng CI/CD, giám sát hạ tầng, kiểm soát nợ kỹ thuật áp dụng best practices DevOps.

**Hợp tác đa phòng ban đối tác**: Làm việc với Sales, CS, nhà cung cấp đối tác công nghệ để đảm bảo sự thống nhất trong giải pháp kỹ thuật.
**Phát triển trên nền tảng hiện đại**: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, VNG Cloud), Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka, ElasticSearch.

**Kinh nghiệm**:
Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm Devops, ưu tiên với nhiều loại ngôn ngữ lập trình, framework và công cụ khác nhau.
Kiến thức chuyên sâu về các công cụ DevOps phổ biến như Docker, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform.
Đã có kinh nghiệm sử dụng dịch vụ đám mây để triển khai hệ thống hoặc môi trường quan trọng trong môi trường production.
Nắm vững các khái niệm về tính sẵn sàng cao (high availability), dự phòng (redundancy), mở rộng quy mô (scaling) và kế hoạch chuyển đổi dự phòng (failover plans). Địa điểm làm việc
