We’re seeking an innovative and product driven program delivery manager to work closely with GDE Delivery head, responsible for Implementation of Global Strategy (GDE Initiatives, P&C Regional products roadmap etc.) into design and implementation goals for the broader Asia GDE Project team ensuring necessary outcomes are achieved in alignment with strategic outlook. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Working closely with GDE Delivery head, responsible for Implementation of Global Strategy (GDE Initiatives, P&C Regional products roadmap etc.) into design and implementation goals for the broader Asia GDE Project team ensuring necessary outcomes are achieved in alignment with strategic outlook. - Management and governance of GDE Asia platform functional/ IT blueprint to drive standardization, reusability, and efficiency of GDE global program. - Work Closely with Global GDE team to ensure Asia’s business/functional requirements and solution are developed maximizing usage of Global backlog. - Work Closely with Asia Business agility team to ensure Asia’s business/functional requirements and solution are developed in align with market prioritization. - Program owner for the Asia’s Demand intake management process to ensure all demand gets reviewed, solutioned, prioritized and harmonized if applicable. - Mentor new and junior team members. - Identify and recommend appropriate continuous improvement opportunities. - Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. - Other duties as assigned. **Yêu Cầu Công Việc**: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience. - At least 7 to 8 years’ experience working in the insurance market - must have sound knowledge of ins-and-outs of the General insurance lifecycle. - A thorough grasp of technology concepts, business operations in General insurance product management experience - typically acquired through 5+ years of related experience. - Experience working in a high paced, global environment with a multi-language, multi-geography, multi-cultural context. - Strong oral and written communication skills—and a knack for explaining your decision-making process to non-engineers. - A collaborative, adaptable working style, demonstrated initiative and the ability to prioritize your time and efforts. - Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of decisions. - Extensive understanding of working in an agile/Safe environment utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or XP. - Good command of spoken and written English **Tại Sao Bạn Sẽ Yêu Thích Làm Việc Tại Đây**: **You will love working at Liberty Vietnam**: - A professional, dynamic and international working environment - Advanced Technology Approach - Opportunities for career development - Attractive benefits **Company's Benefits** **Financial support** - Probation with full salary - Lunch allowance - Transport allowance - Telephone allowance - KPIs bonus - Performance rewards and awards **Insurance** - Accident insurance - Health insurance **Events and activities** - Year End party - Team Building
