As a Quality Specialist, you have ownership over the development of Supply Chain Partners (suppliers) in terms of product quality standards & Factory quality systems.

**RESPONSIBILITY & MAIN TASKS**
- You are responsible for driving the implementation of ARKET quality requirements, methods and routines with suppliers and production units to be able to ensure strong and consistent understanding, along with capability to meet the quality specifications and standards.
- You conduct quality inspections to identify problems or potential problems together with suppliers to be able to increase the capability level.
- You find solutions to problems to secure bulk production and work within the timeline to secure time of delivery.
- You ensure that all ARKET quality requirements are being followed in production and the order is produced according to the approved counter sample.
- You maintain close co-operation with Suppliers and have a good knowledge of Suppliers’ production setup, e.g. production process, machinery, employees’ skills.
- You maintain close co-operation with Production teams and co-ordinate and communicate with all concerned Production teams.

**Qualifications**
- As a Quality Specialist, you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.
- You build strong trust with our suppliers to be able to collaborate and give relevant feedback or take relevant actions in terms of achieving constant improvement of overall quality structure.
- You have an approach to develop others all the time in inspections, instead of having a routine auditing check-list approach.
- You need to be a strong communicator and transmit key focus areas clearly to the suppliers.
- You have the skill for adapting your communication level according to different personalities.
- You have the salesmanship skills in terms of convincing supplier to constantly change for better.
- You have good teaching skills and you can easily define the level of the participant and structure your educational plan
- You channel your entrepreneurial spirit with your innovative and ‘out of the box’ thinking, to come up with fresh solutions and improvements.

**Additional Information**
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our offices in Vietnam.
