**JUNIOR ASSOCIATE IN ACCOUNTING**

Working time**:Monday - Friday, 8h30 - 18h00.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**In this role, you will**
- Input data into the following accounting software: bank deposits, receivables, payables,

...
- Review and execute acceptance and other accounting related documents for hiring

experts outside, suppliers/clients under the guidance of the Chief Accountant
- Making internal accounting documents for accounting documents under the guidance

of Chief Accountant
- Perform administrative tasks of the department: photocopy, packing documents...
- Carry out banking-related procedures such as: delivery of documents, open or close of
- bank accounts, changes in banking-related legislation- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**We’d love to hear from you if **
- 1-2 years’ experience or having experience in Accounting, Banking or Finance
- Qualifications (Essential): Bachelor’s in Accounting, Banking or Finance
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy especially MS Offices
- Capable of researching on accounting systems outside of Vietnam with the support of

local experts to work as accountants for international offices
- Language Required: Good writing skills and conversational ability in English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
