- Monitor trends for competition in the market (both Hanoi and Saigon)/ manage market intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant assets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc
- Prepare and manage annual budget exercises, reports, rental forecast and productivity
- Manage/ monitor lease management team and review all monthly reports (rent rolls, leasing updates, commission reports)
- Take charges of lease management division (leasing template and procedure standardization, unlock/approve SAP contracts, templates’ variation reviews, etc )
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Manage leasing team’s day-to-day performance
- Provide clear guidance, support, leadership to leasing team members
- Work closely with Property Management/ operations, Asset Management and Finance teams to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance.
- Ensure to reach set budgets
- Complete all tasks/ assignments from direct manager, respective Asset Managers and senior management on time
