**POSITION**: Lead Marketing Specialist (Full Time)

Award-winning medical device startup **GyroGear (GyroGear.co)** has a single opening for a **Lead Marketing Specialist** at our Singapore office, with a primary focus on expanding our commercial footprint in the **United States**. We are developing intelligent wearable devices to stabilise hand tremors for 200 million people globally.

The Lead Marketing Specialist will be directly responsible for identifying, sourcing, and concretely generating qualified leads. This is not a brand-awareness role: the priority is creating sales-ready opportunities that convert into revenue. The key market focus is the **USA**, followed by **North East Asia** and **the EU**. You will design and execute demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline growth, nurture leads through the funnel, and ensure marketing makes a visible contribution to closed sales.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Specialist whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Identifying, sourcing, and generating high-quality sales leads in the USA, followed by North East Asia and the EU
- Track record of successfully targeting and building up robust leads for commercial products.
- Developing and optimizing lead nurture workflows to move prospects from initial interest to qualified opportunities
- Managing and refining CRM and marketing automation systems for accurate lead tracking across regions
- Collaborating closely with sales to ensure timely qualification, scoring, and follow up on leads
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs including pipeline contribution, SQLs, and regional closed-won revenue
- Continuously testing and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and lead flow in each priority market

**SUCCESS METRICS**
- Deliver sufficient leads to close 800-1000 sales in the US in the first year.
- Generate a steady flow of sales qualified leads (SQLs) in the USA, with expansion into North East Asia and the EU
- Achieve ROI of at least 3 to 4 times on campaign spend across regions
- Ensure marketing-sourced opportunities contribute to at least 25 percent of closed deals

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth-focused roles with direct responsibility for lead generation
- Proven track record of sourcing and delivering leads that converted into measurable pipeline and sales
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and act on insights quickly
- Excellent writing and content creation skills for conversion-focused campaigns

**BONUS**
- Experience in US healthcare, medtech, or B2B lead generation
- Familiarity with North East Asian or EU marketing and sales practices
- Knowledge of account based marketing (ABM) across international markets
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and funnel analytics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
