OTA get listed for new property.
- Handle room plan to join program and push OTA for more selling.
- Update content and manage room availability on OTAs extranets
- Make monthly revenue report.
- Solve problems concerning about guests’ complaints and issues, case of bad weather and find alternative option for over - booked status.
- Available on Fanpage/ Trip advisor to directly consult about products.
- Proceed booking reservation with suppliers for confirmed bookings.
- Work with accountants to settle payments for suppliers.
- Create and manage client folders.
- Follow up customer service.
- Be able to travel on business trip when required

- Able to work under pressure / có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao
- Demonstrating knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes./ Chứng minh kiến thức về các vấn đề liên quan, sản phẩm, hệ thống cũng như qui trình.
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work / Tổ chức, lên kế hoạch công việc - Phát triển các kế hoạch chi tiết cụ thể để tồ chức công việc theo yêu cầu.
- Good English including reading and speaking skills / Đọc và giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
