Services

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily handle and assist customers on sales and product inquiries.
- Support & guide new registration customers to understand about Misumi products & service. Clarify their business information, deploy the demand & win 1st buying.
- Responsible for retention of new customers acquisition to achieve assigned target.
- Maintain good relationship with customers.
- Actively seek opportunities to grow existing & new customer business.
- Update customers about Misumi new products, new promotion campaigns, new service
- Make analysis & report about customer sales & their behaviour.
- Update customer information on Sales Force system.
- Continuously be updated about market trend and industry to have timely action.
- Visit customers to deploy demand/ support issues if needed.
- Other tasks assigned by Line manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- English - communication level. Fluent in both written and spoken English is preferred.
- Certificates: Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical / Industrial / Precision Engineering / Marketing.
- Competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience: Prefer 1 to 2 years or more B2B industrial sales, sales support, tele-marketing experience. Experience with Factory Automation/ Electric devices is highly preferable.
- Actively/ able to handle business operation with less of supervision
- Able to close sales and achieve sales target
- Customer-centered and result-oriented
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work with CRM system (Ex. Salesforce)
- Good team player
