Senior Ar and Tax Accountant

AR Function
- Proactively follow up and coordinate with related department to prepare the up-to-date and correct Statement of Accounts for all customers in the North recognized by Hanoi Branch.
- Closely work with the customer to ensure the Statement of Accounts timely updated by them and for collection purpose.
- Daily check bank statement and collection to make sure the outstanding AR invoices shall be cleared timely and correctly in the Accounting system.
- Having smooth and professional collaboration with Sales team with regards to dunning of overdue debts and other AR dispute/complaint from the customer.
- Proactively follow up and prepare the reconciliation practice for AR listing with related GL accounts every month.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to monitor and record the up-to-date data of customer in the system for both operation and accounting in conformance with signed contract and related documents else.
- Assist Credit Control Specialist to manage well bad debt issue of the company, directly implement the bad debt provision in the Accounting system in accordance with Corporate instruction for month-end closing purpose.
- Prepare and complete the reporting package related to AR aspect on daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis that should be accurate and in time per timeline of Corporate and direct supervision by Credit Control Specialist.

Monitor VAT invoicing and Cash Book
- Monitor and reflect cash collection from COD clients in Hanoi Branch into the Accounting system as well as must be credited into Bank account of the company timely and correctly.
- Follow up and ensure all collections shall be matched with outstanding invoices in time and correctly.
- Ensure for correct issuance of VAT invoice based on its nature and deliver to customers in timely manner together with internal record, evidence/reference for delivery to customer, etc.
- Support and coordinate with Ops for adjustment, cancellation and replacement of VAT invoice in conformance with Tax and Accounting 's regulations.
- Support General Accountant to monitor the usage of VAT invoice issued by Hanoi Branch and arrange for preservation and storage carefully.
- Follow up and ensure for the compliance number of VAT invoice shall be updated correctly and accordingly to all internal invoices of Operation system.

Cash advance clearance from Staff
- Clear pending cash advance timely with proper supporting documents.
- Monthly report for cash advance and ensure for correct accounts/related persons/period.
- Coordinate with Bank Accountant and Finance team in HCM for verification of payment request.
- Support Credit Control Specialist to complete confirmation procedure for the outstanding cash advance.

Tax package and Fixed asset
- Support General Accountant to check and prepare the monthly VAT report, quarterly report for VAT invoice usage, and yearly report for Sales reconciliation.
- Support FC / General Accountant to contact and work with local Tax officers in Hanoi related to tax aspects of Hanoi Branch.
- Support General Accountant to reconcile POB transactions on monthly basis and whereby suggest for solution if any unproper recognition by Operator in the system.
- Follow up and implement monthly depreciation of fixed assets in the Accounting system correctly per timeline.
- Support General Accountant to supervise fixed assets in Hanoi Branch and annual stock taking.

G/L posting
- Support Reporting Controller to prepare and post the legder of accrual, provision,... and do the reconcile the G/L accounts on monthly basic.

- Minimum of 03 years working experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in logistics and forwarding
- Considerable knowledge of:

- Accounting book-keeping and financial record-keeping methods related to manual and financial record-keeping systems.

- Good knowledge of current regulations on VAT.
