**Hạn nộp**: 10/12/2025 Mức lương: 20 - 30 triệu Nộp hồ sơ ứng tuyển THÔNG TIN CƠ BẢN Số lượng 1 Nơi làm việc Quận Hai Bà Trưng - Hà Nội Giờ làm việc Giờ hành chính Loại hình Khách sạn/ Khu căn hộ Resort/ Khu Du lịch Nhà hàng/ Bar/ Pub Ngành nghề Kinh doanh & tiếp thị Vị trí Giám đốc, phó giám đốc Bộ phận/ Trưởng phòng/ Tổ trưởng Cập nhật 11/11/2025 15:08 MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC **Title**: Sales Manager (Corp) **Section**: Sales department **Report to**: Director of Sales **Main responsibilities**: - Primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. - Take responsible for booking individual and/or group business on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects. **Explanation of duties**: - Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales (including section on Corporate Accounts). - Keep a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them. - Visit former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts. - Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests. - Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. - Solicit group, individual, banquet and other function business directly and jointly with other through the preparation and executive of action plans. - Work with the concerned departments in identifying hotel activities to support and subsequent events and media exposure. - Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Director of Sales on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Report) prior and after the week is completed. - Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts & submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
