**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirement Gathering and Analysis**:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and use cases for GenAI solutions.
- Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.

**Solution Design**:

- Design workflows and user experiences that effectively integrate GenAI capabilities, ensuring a balance between technical feasibility and business value.
- Create detailed documentation, including wireframes, data flow diagrams, and user stories for GenAI use cases.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of GenAI outputs into interfaces.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Act as the liaison between business teams, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure clear communication and understanding of GenAI project goals.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing GenAI solutions, addressing challenges, and ensuring smooth delivery.

**Data and Model Readiness**:**
- Partner with data teams to ensure data is prepared and labeled appropriately for training GenAI models.
- Validate the relevance and quality of model outputs, providing actionable feedback for improvement.

**Performance and Governance**:**
- Define KPIs and success metrics for evaluating GenAI project outcomes.
- Monitor ethical and responsible AI usage, identifying and mitigating risks such as bias, inaccuracies, or inappropriate use of GenAI technologies.

**Continuous Improvement**:**
- Gather feedback on GenAI solutions post-deployment and recommend iterative improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI tools and technologies, especially within AWS ecosystems like Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lex.

**Key requirements**

**Technical Skills**:**
- Strong knowledge of GenAI concepts, including prompt engineering, API integration, and output evaluation.
- Familiarity with AWS tools such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, and Lex.
- Experience with data analysis and preparation for AI/ML models.

**Business Acumen**:**
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into GenAI use cases.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
- Strong understanding of KPI-driven performance evaluation.

**Soft Skills**:**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

**Tools and Platforms**:**
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
- Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Draw.io).

**Education and Certifications**:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Certifications in AWS Cloud or AI/ML are a strong plus.
