**Job description**:

- Provide Manufacturing Execution System support in the shopfloor.

Understand business flow and MES system, consult the best solution and advise to user to use the system effectiveness Minimize business disruption by resolving any incidents, and completing new requests in a timely manner (within SLA)
- Understand and define the Impact and Severity of the issue and determine the best course of action and appropriate incident escalation
- Provide end-user training/education on how to use MES systems
- Setup master data for new model and onsite support in the Shop

Ensure all configuration for new model are setup on production environment and support to verify line is completed
- Work with key business users to understand issues and constraints in the environment

Improved business relations and communications.
- Identify repetitive tasks/recurring issues and work with the Maintenance team to resolve issues and look at root cause

Enhancements to current processes to Optimize system utilization

**Your skills and experience**:
1) Education/ Professional knowledge:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

2) Skill, Experience:

- 3 - 5 years’ Experience in Information Technology
- 3 - 5 years’ Experience in providing Application Support
- Experience in user engagement
- Have experience for Manufacturing process.
- Proficient in English, written and verbal

3) Other requirements (if need):

- MES Experience is beneficial - Excellent in SQL Tool.
- SCADA/PLC experience is beneficial
- Development skills are beneficial: C#, HTML5, Angular
