- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and assess customer needs.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with all clients, especially key accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business partnerships.
- Collect and report detailed market intelligence, including:
- Industry trends and market dynamics.
- Customer demands and expectations.
- Pricing structures and competitor analysis.
- New business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new market segments.
- Explore and introduce new product opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales and market reports (MIS).
- Be flexible and willing to support other tasks within the Sales & Marketing Department when necessary.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Good atEnglish.
- Bachelor’s degree required; management qualification preferred.
- + 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of food ingredients, flavorings, additives, inks, plastics, coatings, or related ingredients.
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of food color products and related markets.
