**POSITION PURPOSE**

You will be collaborating with team leader, head of department, MKT and university-wide colleagues, students, marketing agencies and other relevant stakeholders in the planning, production, and execution of marketing and PR communications content, both copy and video content.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

**_ SEO Conducting_**_:_**
- Develop optimization strategies that increase British University Vietnam (BUV) brand search engine results rankings;
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the university‘s website and marketing materials;
- Monitor performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance;
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Write compelling and high-quality w
- ebsite content, including blog posts and page descriptions;
- Oversee external agencies’ work to produce quality content for SEO content.

**_Develop plans and deploy _**_digital content_**_:_**
- Support team leader in developing and executing various contents on social media channels, website, digital advertisements, direct marketing and other offline content (if any) in line with British University Vietnam (BUV)’s brand strategy and responsive to the market trends;
- Website update and administration;
- Work closely with the Digital team to produce creative and advertising contents that engage the target audiences in optimized two-way communication, build brand reputation and generate leads;
- Create engaging content brief for videos for social media platforms, events, corporate, etc.
- Work with the Creative team or external agencies to produce creative visuals, infographics, videos, apps and other multimedia materials for marketing purposes;
- Plan and coordinate in executing marketing communications activities;
- Effectively use data-driven insights to test, refine and prove content performance;
- Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**

**COMPETENCIES **_(knowledge, skills, and abilities)_**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, PR or related fields;
- Minimum of 3 years in Digital Marketing, successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Exceptional Vietnamese writing skills and advanced English competencies with a strategic brand communication mindset;
**Key skills**:

- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Effective communication: to actively listen and strengthen the quality of interpersonal communication in various settings;
- Teamwork & Collaboration: to work effectively with others to accomplish team goals and objectives;
- Planning & Organising: to effectively plan, organise, prioritise, and manage time, budget & resources and day-to-day demands with attention to details and outcomes with mínimal supervision;
