The account executive will work with the line manager and the internal team to take care of multiple client portfolios. The individual must possess stellar interpersonal skills to contribute to business growth and maintain long-term client relationships. Moreover, the account executive must have a clear understanding of PR and digital.

Some work duties associated:

- Compile, design and strategize proposals
- Present PR & digital marketing strategies to clients
- Event planning of projects and tracking timelines
- Leverage existing and cultivate new media relationships
- Addressing all client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
- Cooperating with internal and external teams on workflow
- Managing content tactics to publish articles and copy
- Analyze performances before, during, and after campaigns
- Reporting on implementations and campaign metrics
- Update and regulate media expenses and other finances
- Communicate to stakeholders on project status and direction

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Demands of other responsibilities may arise naturally in this line of work. The account executive must always be alert and ready to problem solve, and most importantly, communicate well.

Other skill sets that are required:

- Insight on digital, media, and online tools
- Experience with customer service and project management
- Understanding of online marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
- Strong critical and management skills
- Continual updates of industry trends
- **3+ years** experience in accounts or media (agency-side preferred)
- College degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or relevant field
