**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Language**: English (daily communication level)
Familiar with Japanese projects
Several years of experience working with Japanese-style designs
Can be from a Vietnamese company, but must have experience handling Japanese projects
Able to both direct and create assets independently
Experience using game engine tools (e.g., Unity)
Capable of rigging and skinning
Experience as a team leader or in a direction role
