Manage project timelines, exercise creative control, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with designers to create compelling 3D graphic representations, photo-realistic renderings, and animations based on initial design concepts.
- Efficiently model and convert data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling software.
- Handle advanced production scenes including compositing 2D and 3D images, texturing, lighting, and camera animation for renderings and walk-through projects.
- Independently model projects from mínimal sketches, supervise, and coordinate with designers as needed.
- Meticulously enhance visuals and walk-throughs through proficient post-production techniques.
- Willingness to perform all duties assigned by the employer, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance skills and techniques in 3D visualization.

**Requirements**:

- Education - Interior Design / Equivalent
- Years of experience - minimum 3 years
- Able to commit to tight deadline given
- Creative & innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts & prepare efficient layout solutions
- Experience as 3D Visualizer in corporate office interiors and good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, fixtures)
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative
- Proficient in 3dsMax, Vray, Photoshop, Autocad, animation and 360 software.
- Possess and communicate strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
