- Chịu trách nhiệm hoàn thành mục tiêu doanh số trên tất cả hạng mục sản phẩm của công ty trong địa bàn đảm trách theo tháng, năm, các hoạt động, trưng bày.. của MT theo chiến lược của công ty.
- Dẫn dắt PG, SR đảm bảo tất cả các kế hoạch được thực thị. Hợp tác với các phòng ban như Finance, Trade để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan.
- Đảm bảo trưng bày SOS, PG tại siêu thị thực hiện theo các chính sách của công ty. Triển khai các chương trình hiệu quả, hỗ trợ PG, SR tìm kiếm cơ hội bán hàng tại store.
- Huấn luyện PG, SR về kiến thức bán hàng và kiến thức sản phẩm.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong mảng MT
- Mong muốn gắn bó với ngành Sales.
- Có thể chịu được áp lực
- Có kỹ năng Word, Excel, phân tích,
- Có kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm
- Có mối quan hệ tốt với ngành hàng siêu thị.
